Watch Jay Dot’s ‘My Njunju” featuring KiD X (Official Music Video)
Jay Dot is on a roll with his strategically curated music releases. Having previously collaborated with Sasa Klaas (R.I.P), SCAR, and Gigi Lamayne, his latest drop features KiD X. This calculated approach is clearly paying off, earning him nominations and a growing fanbase. His music is charting locally and making waves in South Africa and beyond.
The video for “My Njunju,” shot in the streets of Joburg, ZA, and Gaborone, BW, features Jay Dot, KiD X, and a lady who acts as the muse for Jay Dot’s love story. Directed by Cyc Jouzy, this visual is well worth the watch.
“My Njunju” is a love song, canvassed in metaphors and hard bar stylistics, with a soft touch for the ladies.
