Having had the honour of hearing the music before it dropped, I must say ‘Off The Vapors 2’ aka OTV2 was well worth the wait. OTV 2 manages to allow balance between these two very talented rappers, the project could’ve dropped pre-Covid but some things came between all that hence the delay. What I think that allowed for is for a more intentional approach to the music, oh and there was a whole “beef” to work past as the gents found their way to each other. The range of producers also made for a very dope soundscape with Obvdo, Quincy, Riley C and a few other names contributing to the work. “No Plan B” was a stand out tune for me, but that’s not to take away from the other stellar pieces including their solos on the project. This is not review by any means but do go ahead and check this out.
