Nongoloza was a big song from the young king Don Thugga, a song that excited us and alerted us to the possibilities of what was to come. Following that, the broski promised fans and followers a project and he’s just delivered on that. The 7 track feature-heavy ‘Don Szn’ is here. The one big takeaway from me is the myriad of sounds and textures, which I personally feel makes the project fall short of helping Thugga cement himself style-wise. ‘Don Szn features notable names like Mane Dilla, Ara Africa, Dramaboi, Veezo View, Lord T, and newcomers in Mustafa Krugger, Zacci Wa Bantwana, Mfana ka Mah and Doza Mane.
