We’ve been watching with a keen i developments up the internet lane where some of Botswana’s very own have made it their business (literally) to tell a new narrative, a new story that largely includes how they see the worlf .
In this piece we feature and quickly share with you some of BW’s online videocast stars in the making. Something that we really believe will shake things up in the almost barren lands of the Botswana television landscace
Gaona is by no means an entertainment industry novice with her work now spanning years across both radio and television, and now the internet. It’s been over a year now that we’ve been following the developments of her online project which really excites us. Here’s an excerpt from the teams Facebook page “which aims to air premium content, through a wide variety of programs that celebrate and showcase everything there is about Botswana and her people,ranging form entertainment, business, cuisine, tourism, to health and fitness. It is a platform where we get to see Real people telling Real stories, that can mainly “empower” and “inspire” the GaonaLive viewers, through candid interviews with celebrities and public figures, through sharing successes of ordinary people who are doing great things in their communities, as well as covering of events across the country to showcase the Botswana culture and subcultures to the world, thus our tag line “THE PEOPLE, THE STORIES” !
