Listen to Samantha Mogwe feat Jordan Moozy – OXYGEN

Published

on

“It is with great pleasure to share this brand new music offering by Samantha Mogwe and Jordan Moozy, titled OXYGEN, which premiers on Thursday 4th of August 2022. This is a gorgeous fusion of various cultures (Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe), which also highlights elements of Neo-Soul and Afro-Beats. This song was written by Samantha Mogwe and Jordan Moozy and arranged and produced by KD Bangers. Samantha and Jordan have wanted to collaborate for years, going as far as recording some unreleased material, and finally choosing this song as a release.

The song looks at a sense of wonder and luster, a magical atmosphere that makes you feel goodness of some sort lurking in the air. It’s really a feel-good song that allows you to keep pushing forward, despite not seeing the fruits of your labor as yet. It looks at focusing on wanting to soar, to inspire, to be exactly who you are meant to be, and knowing that it is a powerful place to be in. “Healing, feeling, breathing, oxygen…I know a new dawn begins…” “One day this will count for something, reaching greater heights….Praying I’ll reach the peek”
