Daneille Swagger x Queen Favie – BadAss
The unexpected and unlikely meeting of 2 rappers, “Queen Favie” from Reunion Republic and “Daneille Swagger” from Botswana led them
to collaborating on a single titled “Bad Ass”.
“Badass” has several meanings. The first that often comes to mind is “hard to tame” or “bad attitude”.
Yet, in the language of today’s young people, Badass is used to describe someone “charismatic” and with “strong character”.
The two women with strong characters and a style that does not leave indifference, combine their strength to bring a loud and strong subject that is important to them, that of women and more especially, that of black women, who suffer from the misogyny.
They wish to address the forms of misogyny suffered in the life of a woman, in the professional or personal environment, that one must remain strong and not hesitate to impose the “Woman Power Attitude”!
For this Queen Favie and Danielle Swagger hoist the flag with the title “Badass” !!! This collaboration has been set up and is carried by Christophe Durand, representative of the BlxckMail Ent label. (Botswana) and manager of Danielle Swagger and Rafael Janowicz, manager of Queen Favie and president of the Urban Roots association who carries the project “Queen Favie”.
